An ode to the fringe
To the many who stray
Who walk on the edge
Feet in the fray

To the ones who communicate
With the out and the in
The ones who have sampled
What others call sin

To you who apologize
With sarcasm and jest
For not being like
All of the rest

I commend you for walking
A path of your own
Yet keeping the doors open
So all may be shown.
